From M40 - Take junction 2 and follow the signs to Beaconsfield. In Beaconsfield Old Town, at the main roundabout next to the old parish church take the right exit signposted for Beaconsfield New Town, Penn and Hazlemere. This is the B474. Follow this road through the New Town, over the railway, and keep going for approximately 3miles along the main road through the countryside. After a dip in the road the road climbs past houses for another mile or so until you see two petrol stations on the right-hand side. At the mini-roundabouts turn left, signposted High Wycombe A404, and then turn right after 20 yards behind the Three Horseshoes pub. This is Green Street. Follow the road down for 150 yards and number 22 is on the right, behind a high hedge. Park carefully on the road.
