At the appropriate stage of system development, infrastructure test addresses operational issues such as performance under load, scalability, consistent response capability, data integrity, data availability, response times and security.

Transaction Test
Transaction test addresses the integrity of transactions as they are processed back and forth from user interface through multiple applications, middleware and operating systems to back office and online payment processing systems.

Predictive Failure Analysis
The Predictive Failure Analysis report (PFA) is produced following the test and review process. This report details in our opinion, where, how and when the subject infrastructure is likely to fail. Uniquely, where possible a Commercetest PFA will identify the root cause of the predicted failure and recommend how faults could be repaired.

In the case of early investment rounds, where systems are at concept stage, or under construction, the PFA will detail anticipated failure and our suggestions for what action could be taken to avoid the weakness in the finished product.
