maintenance program for Infrasure certified systems that provides Commercetest
clients with an engineering help desk, online performance monitoring,
annual system audit and recertification.
The benefit of Infrasure Maintenance is that systems are monitored long
term, helping to detect and give early warning of a drop in performance
levels during the 12 month period between certification and annual audit.
Engineering Help Desk
The engineering help desk provides a point of contact for clients to report
any loss of performance within their certified system and if necessary
instigate immediate investigation. The help desk also provides advice
and support for clients planning enhancements and modifications to their
system.
On-Line
Monitoring
Systems are monitored remotely during the maintenance period, to detect
operational problems in areas such as performance under load, consistent
response capability, data availability, response times and security.
Audit
In addition to online monitoring, systems are audited every 12 months.
The on-site audit ensures that performance levels are still meeting original
certification standards and is especially important for system functions
that cannot be monitored online.
If a system is enhanced, or modified during the 12 month maintenance period,
the annual audit will be substituted with an Infrasure Certification program,
which will be provided to existing Maintenance clients at a preferential
rate.
Re-certification
Following the 12 month audit, systems will be recertified and maintenance
contracts renewed as appropriate.
