Infrasure
Mentor is a consultancy service for clients who would like specialist
support to help implement their in-house test facilities. This service
can be tailored to meet specific requirements including infrastructure
review, test strategy planning, recruitment of technical personnel, training
and review of testing tools.
The benefit of the Infrasure Mentor program, is that it is based upon
our team of project managers' many years of practical experience in the
design, test implementation and operation of E-business systems, along
with the development of test teams and test laboratories.
Requirements
Profile
The first stage of the Mentor service provides for an overview of our
clients business activities, associated testing requirements and existing
test resources.
Analysis
& Recommendations
This report will provide an analysis of the requirements profile, reviewing
the strengths and weaknesses present in any existing, or planned test
resource. The report will also detail a recommended course of action that
should enable clients to attain the level of in house testing appropriate
to their business needs.
Schedule
of Work
Once an agreement has been reached on recommended course of action, a
schedule of work will be prepared to illustrate tasks, timescales, resources
and costs for completion of the project.
Implementation
A Commercetest project manager will be appointed to manage the Mentor
process. This will ensure that all elements outlined in the schedule of
work are completed according to plan and that the quality of knowledge
transfer is maintained throughout.
Operations
Audit
Our operations audit service is available for clients who wish to obtain
regular, independent assessment of their in house test facility.
